"it's called the American Dream because you have do be asleep to believe it"- George Carlin

Here's a little rant about society. I don't pay much attention to grammar when I'm ranting so this will probably be annoying for some people to read.

It's ridiculous that people spend their youth studying and sitting behind desks at school and then working in tiny areas in smelly cities just to make enough money to support their crappy boring lives. Then they hit 40 and realize that they've wasted their lives and and they're following the same boring routine as everyone else. They wait till they're old to travel. They spend their entire lives working at boring jobs they hate because they think it'll make them happy in the end. They wanna be rich. They think money will make them happy. But they're wrong. If you spend your entire life behind a desk just to get rich you're not gonna be happy. You're gonna feel like you've wasted your life.

Its irritating that in order for society to function people have to waste their youth. They say "I'll travel when I'm older." I think that people should be able to travel when they're young. When they're better able to take what life throws at them. Then when they're older and it's more difficult to move they go to school. When their joints crap down and they have difficulty moving they can sit behind desks all day, but no. Instead we have to go to school when we're young. These people waste their entire lives. Always working towards their goal. They all want to be rich. But whats so good about the money you've spent your entire life to get? You can't buy your life back, you can only work it away.
