So i decided i don't really wanna put a lot of explanation into my rants anymore cause i'm extremely lazy so i'm just gonna put down my opinion and you get to think of what my reasoning was.
So here is something that i've concluded:
If you follow a religion that promises some sort of after life or next life then you're less likely to make this life a good life.
this one should be really simple to figure out on your own

atheist agnostic and religious
A lot of people think that just because someone is an atheist they lack morals. A lot of people are confused about what it is to be agnostic and a lot of people think that religion is completely useless.
Some of you might be wondering, "What exactly is an atheist?" Well here's your answer. Quite simply atheism is the lack of belief in a higher being. To be an atheist does not mean to be a god hater and a devil worshiper. Atheists don't believe in "god" or the devil. We believe that there is no omnipotant being or beings that watch over us. We don't believe in an after-life. We aren't necessarily immoral and we do, infact, care about other people. Just because someone doesn't believe in god doesn't mean they're evil and full of hate.
A lot of people are a bit hazy on the difference between being an atheist and being agnostic. If someone is agnostic they're neither accepting nor denying the existance of god. They just believe that there isn't enough information to prove or disprove that god exists. Atheists dont believe in god. Agnostics neither believe nor disbelieve.
Then there are religious people. Christians for example. They think that just because they talked to some child molester preist they're forgiven for every sin they've committed. So whats to stop a Christian from doing something bad if they can just get rid of the guilt so quickly? Nothing. Ever heard of the KKK? They were christian. And hey lets not stop at christianity. How about Islam? Christians shouldn't discriminate against muslims just because a few muslims thought they should bomb the twin towers. You Christians and Muslims really aren't that different. Muslims have had holy wars Christians have had holy wars. The crusades? Ever heard of those? I sure as hell hope you have. Muslims basically take Christianity and expand on it. They believe in Jesus (who might not even have existed considering the only evidence of him is from a story book that contradicts itsself in a bunch of places anyways) but they don't think Jesus is as amazing as Christians think he is. They believe that Muhammad is the last prophet. Muhammad is to Muslims what Jesus is to Christians.
Finally, even though i'm an atheist I dont think religion is all bad. It can be quite useful sometimes. I've talked a couple people out of suicide with the help of religion. Besides religion gives people this sense of security and hope and who am i to take that away from them?
alright so ignore all the grammar and spelling mistakes that i've made i feel like crap today and i'm too lazy to go back and fix all my mistakes, but i'm sure you can deal with it

"it's called the American Dream because you have do be asleep to believe it"- George Carlin
Here's a little rant about society. I don't pay much attention to grammar when I'm ranting so this will probably be annoying for some people to read.
It's ridiculous that people spend their youth studying and sitting behind desks at school and then working in tiny areas in smelly cities just to make enough money to support their crappy boring lives. Then they hit 40 and realize that they've wasted their lives and and they're following the same boring routine as everyone else. They wait till they're old to travel. They spend their entire lives working at boring jobs they hate because they think it'll make them happy in the end. They wanna be rich. They think money will make them happy. But they're wrong. If you spend your entire life behind a desk just to get rich you're not gonna be happy. You're gonna feel like you've wasted your life.
Its irritating that in order for society to function people have to waste their youth. They say "I'll travel when I'm older." I think that people should be able to travel when they're young. When they're better able to take what life throws at them. Then when they're older and it's more difficult to move they go to school. When their joints crap down and they have difficulty moving they can sit behind desks all day, but no. Instead we have to go to school when we're young. These people waste their entire lives. Always working towards their goal. They all want to be rich. But whats so good about the money you've spent your entire life to get? You can't buy your life back, you can only work it away.
